The Big B, Shashi Kapoor, Hema Malini, and Parveen Babi all participated in this masala mayhem directed by Rakesh Kumar, who was also responsible for Mr Natwarlal and Khoon Pasina. The title theme from the movie was reworked for Rohan Sippy’s Bluffmaster!, starring Beta B, since the movie was about con men and con jobs.
